Debbie Robinson, LSCSW, CTP, RPT, IMHS, CCTP
Debbie has been involved in the mental health field since 2000. Prior to entering private practice at Your Journey Counseling Services, Debbie was a clinician in community mental health centers in Ohio and Kansas, providing outpatient treatment to young people in the community and in psychiatric residential treatment facilities. Debbie has experience with infants to young adults, up to age 24, living in traditional and diverse family compositions. Before entering the field of mental health, Debbie served at-risk women in a health department. In addition, she was a caseworker for child protective services and was involved with foster and adoption licensing and training agencies.
Debbie utilizes a structured sensory intervention program and trauma focused cognitive behavioral treatment strategies with youth who have experienced single or multiple traumatic events. Debbie is a registered play therapist and is endorsed as an infant mental health specialist. She incorporates her array of education, training and skills to serve those seeking support. Debbie is a proud wife, mother, and Nani.

Marlene Ewert, LCMFT, RPT, ACTP
Marlene has been a therapist since January 2000. Before entering private practice at Your Journey Counseling Services, Marlene was an outpatient clinician at Prairie View, a community mental health center. She has training in structured sensory trauma interventions and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Marlene has experience in providing evidence-based trauma therapy with youth who have experienced single or multiple traumatic events. Marlene is a registered play therapist and uses the therapeutic power of play in her work with children and families. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Marlene values the role and participation of parents and families in their work towards healing.
Marlene has experience in hospital and public health nursing. Marlene worked internationally in mental health provision, nursing education, health development, and support for national health initiatives. Her international experience includes living in Bangladesh and Cambodia with her husband and son. Egypt, Sudan, and Ethiopia are also the places Marlene has called home internationally.

Manny Barocio, LMSW
Manny Barocio has worked in the mental health field since 2009. Manny’s mental health work experience includes work with children, adolescents and young adults ranging from 4-25 years of age. He has experience providing direct and indirect services to those he has served. Manny has experience working with a service dog, provided and coordinated crisis services, facilitated group work, and coordinated group programs. He has facilitated meetings with families and coordinated services for individuals. Manny’s experience includes practicum work in Newton USD 373 with Special Education and General Education Social Workers providing crisis support, coordinating supports, and finding resources for students, leading individual and group sessions to students in need. Along with the school experience, Manny has practicum and work experience in an Adult Psychiatric Inpatient Unit where he worked in a multidisciplinary team, completed assessments, led discharge planning meetings, facilitated group therapy sessions, and provided individual therapy to adolescents in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility.
Manny works with a professional therapy dog, Mayzie. He utilizes Mayzie in Animal Assisted Interventions in his practice. Manny has completed training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, adjustment problems, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Brent Ide, LSCSW
Brent Ide is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker who earned his master’s degree in social work from Wichita State University in 2010. Prior to joining Your Journey Counseling Services, Brent worked in community mental health in a variety of different positions including outpatient therapist, crisis clinician, and most recently Director of Access/Crisis Services. Brent has experience providing individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Brent primarily utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach in therapy, working with individuals (age 6 and older) to obtain their personal goals.

Fabiana Jost, LMSW
Fabiana is a Licensed Master Social Worker having earned her master’s degree from the University of Central Florida. She uses a cognitive-behavioral treatment approach and is passionate about coming alongside clients in their journey towards experiencing healing in their lives and relationships. Prior to joining Your Journey Counseling Services, Fabiana worked in community-based mental health and is currently pursuing training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy which can be an effective treatment for those struggling with various mental health and substance use issues. Fabiana works with children ages 8 to older adults. Areas of Interest include: Trauma, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Attachment and Life Transitions.
